Open Positions

Clinical Psychologist

CETA Global is seeking a dynamic clinical psychologist to take a leadership role in clinical activities including training, supervising and coaching providers in the CETA care system. This role will appeal to someone who is passionate about transforming the delivery of mental and psychosocial health services in an entrepreneurial setting. As a relatively new organization, we need team members who are flexible and able to self- initiate.

Initially we see the role as one best suited for an independent consultant, but this may transition to an employee role over time. We are flexible with how we resource our projects and are considering both part time and full time candidates. While this position works remotely, ideally we would prefer a Houston-based candidate given the proximity to our leadership team. Some travel will be required, specifically as it relates to training providers in the field.

Specific Responsibilities:

This position includes a variety of tasks depending on CETA Global project and partner needs.  The role may include a mix of any of the following key tasks and duties:

  •  Provide technical assistance in the development of a system of care, based on both CPSS and full CETA provision with partner organizations.

  • Co-lead capacity building for CETA implementation and monitoring of key partner staff, including planning, trainings, M&E systems, and scale-up.

  • Provide live, virtual or hybrid CPSS trainings.

  • Provide additional training to CETA providers and supervisors.

  • Provide regular supervision to CETA supervisors as well as oversight of all CETA cases.

  • Provide regular supervision to CPSS providers, supervisors and local trainers and oversight of sessions.

  • Monitor the counselors and/or supervisors for fidelity and adherence to CPSS and CETA via clinical case tracking databases. This will be overseen by our clinical leadership team.

  • Attend CETA implementation and monitoring calls with partner organizations as needed.

  • Attend calls with CETA Global team to provide updates and for continued capacity building.

  • Support partners in providing webinars and presentations locally including psychoeducation, strategies for mental health programming, and the CETA system of care.

  • Support local partners in capacity building in data capture, analysis and dissemination.

  • Provide technical assistance in the implementation (e.g., client recruitment, set-up, monitoring) of CETA as needed.

  • Related tasks as required.

Qualified candidates are invited to send their resume with a cover letter to our clinical team at careers@cetaglobal.org
