Laura Murray, MA, PhD is a clinical psychologist, a leader in the mental health field, and a highly published scientist who speaks and consults across the globe. She is also an innovator and entrepreneur. Laura has traveled the world building sustainable mental health care systems and is the co-developer of the CETA approach.
Laura is passionate about tackling tough problems in the area of mental health which led her to evaluating the effectiveness, implementation and scalability of a wide range of evidence-based assessments and treatments. She has had the opportunity to work with governments, funders, businesses, leaders, technology experts, and others in thinking outside the box to improve mental health, wellness, leadership, productivity, reach, and emotional intelligence.
When Laura isn’t working on building CETA Global Inc, or her position as Senior Scientist at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, she enjoys running, reading and mostly spending time with her family (which mostly means being an uber driver to her two children).

Karen Chown | Chief Operating Officer
Karen oversees the business management of CETA Global, including finance, human resources, technology, and operations. She has over 25 years of executive experience in professional services, consulting, economic development, technology, and higher education.
After receiving her business degree, Karen trained as a CPA and has earned many human resources, project management, and leadership development certifications throughout her career. A self-proclaimed “recovered workaholic”, Karen enjoys family and dog outdoor adventures and is an amateur acrylics artist and pickleball player.
Stephanie Skavenski | Clinical Director
Stephane is a leader in both the clinical side and broader implementation of mental health programs globally with over 15 years of experience in more than 20 countries around the globe. She lived in Zambia for 10 years working extensively with the government and partners. Stephanie is passionate about building skills of lay providers and building systems that work, an amazing trainer and supervisor, and always so kind.
Stephanie also holds a faculty position within the Department of Mental Health at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, while balancing being a stellar mom of three beautiful children - 2 of them twins.

Caleb Figge | Clinical Lead
Caleb Figge, PhD, is a clinical psychologist and Assistant Scientist at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He received his PhD in Clinical Child Psychology, trained in multiple evidence-based treatments, and is passionate about child and youth work.
Not only is Caleb trained in multiple evidence-based treatments, he successfully obtained research grants early in his career for research in Cambodia and Tanzania. He has run several large scale mental health projects in low and middle income countries, and has trained many in the United States.
While Caleb is particularly passionate about improving child and youth mental health care, his talents abound from beloved trainer, graphic designer, mentor, camper extraordinaire, and best dad to his puppy.
